Ok I think I figured this out thanks to my genius former college roomie Ryan - Here is Anna's one year portrait - I know I know she is gorgeous... she has curly hair, nearly all of her teeth including molars and she is very good at saying the word, "No!" I wish I was a free-spirited as she is... she is just so happy all the time, nothing seems to get her down except maybe nap time and being hungry. Having a baby is so much more work than I ever thought it would be but it is also the most rewarding thing I have ever done - I never knew the strength of my own body until I gave birth to a baby! It was a beautiful and I'll admit quite painful experience but you know what, I would do it again... So there's my plug to all my friends who haven't been blessed with parenting yet, come on join the ever growing population and have a baby!

I'm new to this...

Ok well first off, hello to everyone of you! I miss you all of course but life in Minnesota keeps me plenty busy. In case you all didn't know, I am happily married, now for two years and have a beautiful one year old girl named Anna Marie. She is the apple of my eye and everyone else's that she comes in contact with (i am a little bias) - But really look at her - what a dream she is! She turned 1 on May 28 and has taken a few steps here and there but seems to get around faster by either doing the "crab" walk or just crawling as if her life depended on it...

I am working for a company called Edina Realty now. After I came back from maternity leave last year, i realized I needed a job with LESS STRESS - being a mommy is difficult enough! I left my job at FOX television and now work in the corporate marketing department for the realty company. It is a nice job with a lot of flexibility which makes family time easier. For those of you that haven't met my husband yet, well he is quite wonderful. A diamond in the rough I say... If I didn't know better, I would say he is part angel... well mine and Anna's angel anyway. He works for Wells Fargo Auto Finance and he is excellent at what he does... He is also a terrific husband and father, always thinking of Anna and I before himself... how did I get so blessed?
